TELEVISOR to topowe studio postprodukcji i animacji, które od lat tworzy najlepsze projekty reklamy, filmy i teledyski. Specjalizujemy się w kompleksowej, kreatywnej postprodukcji, animacji i zaawansowanych efektach filmowych. Pracujemy z polskimi i międzynarodowymi klientami, dostarczając najwyższą jakość i innowacyjne rozwiązania. ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW
Jako administrator/ka w studio TELEVISOR dostaniesz do opieki siedziby studia, dostawców usług i mediów oraz odpowiedzialność za:
– funkcjonowanie i wizerunek siedziby
– planowanie i kontrolowanie kosztów działalności administracyjno-biurowej studia, w tym negocjacje z dostawcami usług i mediów oraz podpisywanie z nimi umów
– bieżące działanie trzech budynków studia, które znajdują się obok siebie
– planowanie i nadzór remontów pomieszczeń biurowych
– przepływ korespondencji i materiałów klientów
– okresowe przeglądy budynków i instalacji
Rola wymaga dużo samodzielności. Będziesz współpracować z działem finansów i managementem.

NEW BUSINESS MANAGER
We are looking for New Business Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new projects both in Poland and abroad.
If you are passionate about the film and animation industry, we would love to hear from you even more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Identify and secure new business opportunities in the 3D animation, post-production, and VFX sectors.
– Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
– Work closely with the New Business team to achieve company goals.
– Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential clients.
– Represent TELEVISOR at industry events and conferences.
– Implement diverse sales strategies aimed at generating new business.
REQUIRED:
– A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within any sector. Experience in the advertising sector is beneficial, while experience in a post-production studio or production house is highly advantageous.
– Strong interpersonal and team skills.
– Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Extensive knowledge of the international commercial film market is a plus.

SENIOR POST-PRODUCER
We are looking for a Senior Post-Producer with a passion for VFX to join our team.
This role requires a candidate to have comprehensive knowledge of post-production processes and familiarity with CGI production workflows.
It is also essential to have experience in coordinating advertising projects from a budget and schedule management perspective, as well as maintaining communication with clients both in Polish & English, working closely with the CG supervisor and the New Business department.
Last but not least, soft and flexible skills related to building relationships with the team of artists and clients are extremely important to us.
Nice if you have experience in working with Shotgrid system.
We offer work in a creative environment that stays up-to-date with the technology, working closely with the best CGI artists.
Studio is based in Warsaw, located in a green Sadyba, close to the Czerniakowskie lake.

CG SUPERVISOR
A superwoman or superman fluent in all VFX processes, who feels comfortable working with clients and directors, bringing their vision to life by leading a team of artists while always keeping the budget and and time space-continuum limitations in mind.
We envision someone in this role who is able to demystify what needs to be done, but also who is able to simplify technicalities to non VFX folk.
A person who feels at home both in a studio as well as on the shoot.

The LookDev Artists work close with Supervisors and create final looks, templates and materials for CG characters and environments. Also should be able to test multiple methods and render iterations to satisfy the production’s creative needs.
